Refund and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return or request for an exchange provided that they meet our return policy.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the parcel.
- Items must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.
- Items must have all tags and labels, if applicable.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Stained items will not be accepted
- Any extras/accessories included in the order must be returned as well
- Lingerie bottoms, bodysuits, and toys cannot be returned for hygiene purposes
- The cost of returning items is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Final sale items cannot be returned
Exchanges are only accepted and replaced if items are returned in their original, unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition.
The shipping cost is non-refundable
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation informing you of the status of the item. If the return is accepted, we will immediately start the process.
Return/Credit Usually takes about 10-15 business days to reflect in your account.
